　　6、如果寶寶患有肝炎、結(jié)核等傳染病以及嚴重心臟病等疾病時，身體的免疫力會下降，很在可能會抗不住接種所引起的反應(yīng)，甚至有可能會加重病情;

　　7、如果你的寶寶不宜接種，但是遇到特殊情況比如被狗咬傷而必須接種時，一定要在醫(yī)生的指導(dǎo)下注射疫苗。

　　9、接種后不要急著回家，原地觀察30分鐘，如果嚴重不良反應(yīng)如高燒、呼吸困難等，及時請醫(yī)生診治;

　　10、接種部位24小時內(nèi)要保持干燥和清潔，盡量不要沐浴，防止局部感染;

　　11、接種后如接種部位發(fā)紅，有痛感、低燒等，這些情況都屬正常，一般24小時之后會自然消失;

　　12、如果反應(yīng)強烈且持續(xù)時間很長，可就近入醫(yī)就診，并向接種單位報告。
